How can I earn income with agent+++?
Recruit an agent to the company and earn 1.5% of that agent's closed adjusted GCI paid quarterly by the company.
When will these bonuses be paid?
All bonuses will be paid within 30 days after each calendar quarter.
How do I register a candidate for agent+++?
Contact your principal broker.
Can I earn a bonus on more than one individual?
Absolutely!! There is no limit on referrals.

My husband and I relocated from the Pac NW and were working with a relo company as part of our move package; the first realtor wasn't a great fit and we were given Tony's name as an alternate. Very glad he was in our relo network! Although my husband did a lot of exploring and research prior to us seriously viewing options, Tony provided additional knowledge and expertise about the area and local/national builders. His knowledge as a former contractor was very helpful when looking at imperfections within the homes. Since we relocate frequently, his expertise of the current and possible future of the market and the area was very helpful; talked with us about the the city's growth plan and eased concerns about locations and re-sale. We had a difficult time with our HOA costs, which were not disclosed by selling agent or owners (builders); his negotiation skills resulted in the selling agent absorbing those costs and not us.
