At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty, our core belief lies in the significance of contributing to our community. Tennessee, known as the Volunteer State, embodies the spirit of working together to support local businesses and organizations, creating a truly remarkable place to call home.
That's why we take immense pride in sharing the Woodmont Realty Charity Fund, our initiative aimed a bolstering and enriching the community we service in middle Tennessee. By actively engaging in volunteer work and charitable endeavors, we are dedicated to enhancing living conditions and expanding housing opportunities for the residents of middle Tennessee.

My husband and I relocated from the Pac NW and were working with a relo company as part of our move package; the first realtor wasn't a great fit and we were given Tony's name as an alternate. Very glad he was in our relo network! Although my husband did a lot of exploring and research prior to us seriously viewing options, Tony provided additional knowledge and expertise about the area and local/national builders. His knowledge as a former contractor was very helpful when looking at imperfections within the homes. Since we relocate frequently, his expertise of the current and possible future of the market and the area was very helpful; talked with us about the the city's growth plan and eased concerns about locations and re-sale. We had a difficult time with our HOA costs, which were not disclosed by selling agent or owners (builders); his negotiation skills resulted in the selling agent absorbing those costs and not us. And another extra bonus, he was very, very patient with us and our young children; we looked at about 6 homes each viewing appointment and after the first 2, the girls were done. He was super patient and flexible with their needs and exhausted behaviors. We are looking forward to working with him when we eventually sell our home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, especially if relocating to the area from afar!
