Very glad he was in our relo network! We had a difficult time with our HOA costs, which were not disclosed by selling agent or owners (builders); his negotiation skills resulted in the selling agent absorbing those costs and not us. And another extra bonus, he was very, very patient with us and our young children; we looked at about 6 homes each viewing appointment and after the first 2, the girls were done. He was super patient and flexible with their needs and exhausted behaviors. We are looking forward to working with him when we eventually sell our home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, especially if relocating to the area from afar!
