Knowledge and experience are two things I lacked that she didn't. She ALWAYS went above and beyond for us. My husband is a pilot with a crazy work schedule but she made it work ,often trying to schedule a house showing the same day. We would call in the morning and Patricia would have us viewing it by mid-day. I swear this lady doesn't sleep! :-) But beyond working non-stop to help us find the house we could call home, it never felt like she forgot about what mattered to us. My husband and I relocated from the Pac NW and were working with a relo company as part of our move package; the first realtor wasn't a great fit and we were given Tony's name as an alternate. Very glad he was in our relo network! Although my husband did a lot of exploring and research prior to us seriously viewing options, Tony provided additional knowledge and expertise about the area and local/national builders. His knowledge as a former contractor was very helpful when looking at imperfections within the homes. Since we relocate frequently, his expertise of the current and possible future of the market and the area was very helpful; talked with us about the the city's growth plan and eased concerns about locations and re-sale. We had a difficult time with our HOA costs, which were not disclosed by selling agent or owners (builders); his negotiation skills resulted in the selling agent absorbing those costs and not us. And another extra bonus, he was very, very patient with us and our young children; we looked at about 6 homes each viewing appointment and after the first 2, the girls were done. He was super patient and flexible with their needs and exhausted behaviors. We are looking forward to working with him when we eventually sell our home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, especially if relocating to the area from afar!
